These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between 7betbd and every user of this platform. By accessing the website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have voluntarily agreed to all the terms set out below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings throughout these conditions:

• "Platform" — The 7betbd website and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who is registered on this platform and uses its services.
• "Account" — Each member's personal registered account, through which deposits, bets and withdrawals can be made.
• "Bonus" — A promotional amount granted by 7betbd, usable after meeting specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The set number of times the bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" — The amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required for secure transactions.

2.1 Registration Conditions

Each individual may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, they may be closed at any time and the funds in them may be forfeited. All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and email — must be accurate and up to date.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

7betbd reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested before processing a withdrawal or if significant activity is observed on an account. If the required documents are not submitted on request, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their login details — username and password — completely confidential. If any unauthorised activity occurs on the account or a password is lost, 7betbd's support team must be notified immediately. Transferring account access to a third party or placing bets on behalf of someone else using your own account is strictly prohibited.

To use 7betbd's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. This age requirement is strictly enforced — accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and all transactions made through such accounts will be considered void.

• Only residents of Bangladesh may use this platform.
• Any person who is legally prohibited from online betting or is registered under a self-exclusion scheme may not open an account.
• 7betbd employees and their family members may not place bets on this platform.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

7betbd currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer may be used as withdrawal methods.

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved.
• KYC verification must be completed at the time of a withdrawal request.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing funds derived from a bonus.
• 7betbd reserves the right to hold any unusual or suspicious withdrawal request.

4.3 Source of Funds

Funds deposited into a member's account must come from a legitimate source. Money laundering or any transaction linked to illegal activity is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200 and a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus may be received only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — completing the wagering requirement is mandatory.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to funds derived from a bonus.
• Specific game restrictions may apply to any bonus.
• 7betbd reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

7betbd's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220. Moving up to a higher tier depends on active participation on the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

7betbd reserves the right to accept, amend or cancel any bet if a technical error, incorrect odds or evidence of any irregularity is found. Bets accepted at abnormal odds due to a system error may be reviewed and cancelled.

6.2 Match Fixing and Fraud

Involvement in match fixing, manipulation or any fraudulent activity will result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds. Such activity may also be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

6.4 Multi-Bet and Parlay

Multi-bets combining several events are allowed, but if all selections are not correct the entire bet will be considered lost. Multi-bet odds are determined by multiplication and the risk involved is significantly higher.

7.1 Closure by 7betbd

7betbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Breaching any part of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Failing to cooperate with KYC verification.

7.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may voluntarily close their own account. In this case, the eligible balance in the account may be withdrawn, but bonuses with an unfulfilled wagering requirement will be forfeited. A closure request can be submitted through the support team.

• 7betbd is not directly responsible for technical issues on the part of third-party game providers.
• No compensation applies for service disruption caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure).
